We'll fully support you emotionally — but money-wise:
- Refunds are only for things we can reverse (like refundable hotels).
- Stuff like flights, cab bookings, and non-refundable hotels? Sorry, no refunds there.
We truly understand that sometimes plans change.
However, as a small and personalized service, we are unable to offer full refunds.
We can only refund amounts related to reversible expenses (like refundable hotels or transport if the provider allows it).
For non-refundable bookings (like confirmed cabs, hotels outside refund windows, etc.), unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds.
We always try our best to support you if something unexpected happens — just reach out, and we’ll assist in every possible way.
